The Young Scholar forum attracts brilliant young minds globally and presents topics including discussion on the need for an enforcement mechanism for directors' duties and stakeholders' interests, transnational suppliers in global value chains, a comparative study on personal information protection legislative reforms in China, and promoting a level playing field between Chinese state-owned and other enterprises.
