Associate Professor Kun Fan nominated for 'Academic of the Year'

CIBEL is proud to announce that our very own member Associate Professor Kun Fan is one of twenty-three members of the UNSW Law & Justice community that has made it to the finalist list for the annual Australian Law Awards. Kun has been nominated for the title of ‘Academic of the Year'.

Kun’s work and research focusses on the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), comparative legal studies, law and society. She has experience working both in the East and West, having worked across China, Singapore, Switzerland and the U.S.A and Canada. She is an active member of CIBEL team and teaches, researches and presents at our events.

Kun is a member of the Academic Council of Institute of Transnational Arbitration. Kun's publications can be found here.

This year, winners will be announced on December 2 at a five-star gala dinner in Sydney. These awards are open to all individuals and businesses within the realms of business and law, and is a great way to celebrate peers, individuals, businesses, friends and family.
