New Book: Banking Law in Australia, 11th edition

CIBEL member Dr Anton Didenko has authored his new book ‘Banking Law in Australia ,(11th edition)’, which was published by Lexis Nexis on 21 August 2024.  

This is a new edition of a text that has been widely cited in decisions by the Commercial Tribunal of NSW, FCAFC, FMCA, HCA, NSWCA, NSWSC, NTSC, SASCFC, VCAT, VSCA, VSC and WASC. The book features significant updates that should be important to anyone interested in Australian banking law, including new chapters on open banking and secured finance and a comprehensive analysis of blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation.
