In the first session of the 2022 JCICEL Conference, Professor Heng Wang (UNSW Law & Justice), Dean Andrew Lynch (UNSW Law & Justice), and Associate Professor Jun Long (Tsinghua University) offered their opening remarks.
Following this, moderator Professor Guobin Cui (Tsinghua University) and speakers Dr Lu Wang (UNSW Law & Justice), Associate Professor Weihuan Zhou (UNSW Law & Justice), Dr Matthew Peicheng Wu (Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School) looked into the major issues in practice and their possible solutions from both an international and domestic perspective.
