Natasha Blycha, former Global Head of Digital Law at Herbert Smith Freehills, shared her insights on who is holding the baby on digital assets, ethics in data, AI and robotics, and the stewardship model and ESG reporting.  

Mr Doug Ferguson, NSW Chairman at KPMG Australia and Partner-in-Charge of KPMG's Asia & International Markets, delivered the keynote on Australian businesses and their dealings in China, and made comments on Chinese investment in Aus

Held in Beijing, in conjunction with Tsinghua University, the Annual Keynote's topic was "The Practice and Challenges of New Finance", presented by Mr. NIE Zhengjun, Chief Privacy Officer of Ant Financial.

UNSW Law’s China International Business and Economic Law (CIBEL) Initiative held the CIBEL Keynote Speech presented by Mr. Wang Junfeng (Global Chairman of King & Wood Mallesons).
